Hey Guys!! Please Read??

So Next week is a big week we are going to start doing stuff at our school to show what this blog stands for 

So starting next week on Monday March 14, 2016 - Friday March 218, 2016

We would like to make that week "Letting It Out" Week 

You don't have to do this all week one day will be fine 

So we are asking people to write on there arms 

"Letting It Out" 

Which stands for you don't have to self harm you can talk to people we are here for everyone

Please Participate this would be awesome to have people at different schools doing this

If you can take pictures and send them to us we can maybe put them all together 

Also tell your friends about this!
